here's the recipe for basic quiche base:
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
6 eggs
1 Tbsp salt
Just whisk it all together. And put all your favorite fixin's in a baking dish, pour the quiche base over it, and bake at 375F until it's set like cheesecake or creme brulee... SHORT AND SWEET
